    1. Review recent approaches in the pathogenesis and treatment of neutrophilic dermatoses.
    2. Recognize the clinical spectrum of oral lichen planus and oral lichenoid reactions, develop a complete clinical differential, and perform the appropriate diagnostic tests to determine the correct diagnosis.
    3. Enhance the ability to clearly set goals, communicate ideas, and develop listening skills for an engaging and effective mentorship relationship.
